Kudu is the flagship restaurant of our collective. Established in 2017, Kudu is the South African/Modern European brainchild of Amy Corbin and Patrick Williams. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019, we pride ourselves on friendly, intimate service with a keen attention to quality and detail. Kudu Grill followed in 2021 with the same concept of cooking over open fire. A neighbourhood restaurant in the truest sense of the word, we are always looking to expand our dynamic, tight knit team. At Kudu Collective, personality is something we both welcome and encourage so we are looking for a team member that reflects this attitude.

Part time HR Officer

Kudu Restaurant

We are now on the lookout for a part time HR Officer to join our team at Kudu Collective. The applicant is required to work 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: *Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties *Developing programmes that enhance employee relations *Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). *Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts *Maintain calendars of the HR management team *Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews *Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices *Produce and submit reports on general HR activity *Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) *Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes *Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations *Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc). *Properly handle complaints, disciplinaries and grievance procedures *Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy, and employment law *Recording and processing confidential information. Candidates should have at least 3 years experience and a CIPD requirement is preferred. Please email your CV.
